The IGTA Tour welcomed the participation of D.A. Points of the Nationwide Tour!
Future participation of Nationwide and PGA Tour players would be welcome.
However, to maintain an equalized field, these players would be entered
with a +4 handicap. Previously, the policy was a maximum +2.
