1. Players may now SUBMIT A DIRECT ENTRY!

      THE COST IS $540.00 PLUS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $95.00. THE FEE OF $95.00 Plus a $100.00 Deposit SHOULD BE SENT OR FAXED IMMEDIATELY WITH AN APPLICATION FORM.

    THREE ROUNDS (54 HOLES) AND 25% IN THE MONEY!

2. IGTA TOUR QUALIFYING PLAYERS SHOULD BE SURE THEIR NIT MEMBERSHIP AND DEPOSIT IS ALSO IN ON TIME.

3. PLAYERS WHO QUALIFIED THROUGH A LOCAL PARTICIPATING TOUR SHOULD BE SURE THEIR DEPOSIT IS IN.       Qualifier Deadline - September 30, 2004.

4. The top 10%, of each flight, at this years nit at Amelia Island will receive an exemption from having to qualify for the 2005 tournament.

5. Top 20 point leaders for the current year will also qualify.

This plan should allow the IGTA-NIT to have a field of at least 120 players separated into the three or four flights.            

The Total Tournament Costs and anticipated Prize List is as follows:

            Local Qualifiers - $465.00 plus Membership       Tour Qualifiers - $480.00 plus Membership                              
            Direct Entry - $540.00 plus Membership

Each flight will have its own Skins and optional Games.

All Reservation Fees must be in by October 18, 2004. The IGTA will fill the field after that date.
Late entries (if space allows) will have a $50.00 Late Fee.       No exceptions.
